What a listing means

What a partner tier states
A partner tier states the partner's general capability and volume level under our partner programme, reviewed annually. It is not a quality guarantee for the partner's own services. Only the tier currently in effect is shown: a change appears on the day it takes effect and applies to future orders only. Terms attached to a tier are confidential and are not published.
Something wrong in an entry?
If an entry in this directory is inaccurate or out of date, write to support@verisa.ai. State the company concerned, the field at issue and the correct value, and attach supporting evidence where the correction is not self-evident.
- 10 working days
- we complete a well-founded correction, counted from the day the request reaches that address. If we find the request not well-founded, we say so in writing with reasons within the same period.
- 5 working days
- a listed reseller reports any change to its published data, counted from the change.
- 15 working days
- we remove a reseller from the directory after its agreement ends, counted from termination. Removal covers the directory page, its caches, any downloadable partner catalogue, the sitemap, our search index and every other page carrying that partner's name or logo.
A tier change is reflected on the day it takes effect, not on the day a review opens. Every request, decision and publication step is timestamped in the version history of the underlying content file.
The Hungarian text of the reseller framework agreement governs. This translation is provided for information; in the event of divergence the Hungarian text prevails.
