Terms of use of the partner directory

How an entry is published in the Verisa partner directory, how it is amended, and on what grounds it is removed.

The Hungarian text of the reseller framework agreement governs. This translation is provided for information; in the event of divergence the Hungarian text prevails.

Terms of use of the partner directory

1. Scope. These terms govern how entries are published in the Verisa partner directory and how they are amended and removed. They supplement the reseller framework agreement and do not amend it; in the event of conflict the framework agreement prevails.

2. Nature of the listing. Publication is our right, not our obligation, and is free of charge. No reseller has an enforceable claim to be listed, and a place in the directory is not for sale.

3. Data published. We publish only the ten data points the framework agreement permits: company name, approved logo, registered office, country, website, public organisational contact, partner tier, contractual territory, covered product range and evidenced service capability. Any further data point is published only with the reseller's prior written consent, recorded before publication. Data originates from the reseller, which warrants that it is entitled to supply it and to license the designations shown, and that neither infringes the rights of a third party.

4. Objection by a data subject. Where an entry shows the name or contact details of a natural person and that person objects to the publication or withdraws consent, we erase those data without undue delay and in any event within 5 working days of receiving the objection, without requiring any statement from the reseller. Erasure under this clause affects the personal data only: the entry itself remains, with the functional organisational contact in place of the individual. Send objections to support@verisa.ai. [GDPR Articles 17 and 21]

5. Removal during the term of the agreement. We may remove a reseller from the directory while its agreement is in force where:

(a) the reseller is in material breach of the agreement and has not remedied it within the period we have set in writing;

(b) the reseller no longer meets the criteria of the tier displayed and no lower tier is currently applicable to it; or

(c) continued publication would be liable to cause reputational harm — in particular where the reseller has made a misleading claim about the product's AI capabilities, security or compliance, has created the appearance of exclusive distribution rights or of manufacturer or regulatory approval, or has used the marks contrary to the trademark rules.

We state the ground in writing at the time of removal.

6. What removal is not. Removal under clause 5 is a publication measure only. It does not downgrade the reseller's tier, does not replace the 60 calendar day remedy period that must precede a downgrade, and does not affect confirmed orders, approved project registrations, transfer prices committed in writing for a procurement already under way, or any other right under the agreement. A tier shown here is changed only on the date the change takes effect, and applies prospectively only.

7. Reinstatement. Where the ground for removal ceases and the reseller evidences this, we restore the entry within 10 working days, in the position the ordering rules give it.

8. Ordering and equal treatment. Entries are ordered by tier rank and then alphabetically. There is no paid placement or paid highlighting, and presentation within a tier is identical.

9. Use of the directory. The directory may be read and linked to freely. Systematic extraction of entries for marketing lists or for resale is not permitted, nor is any use that presents an entry as our endorsement of a reseller's own services.

10. No compensation claim. Removal from the directory, whether on termination or under clause 5, gives rise to no claim for equalisation, customer-base compensation, goodwill or reputational compensation, consideration for market position built, future profit lost, or reimbursement of marketing or other investment.

11. Amendment. We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here with its date. Version in force: 12 August 2026.

How this list is ordered

Framework agreement 2.6. h), 2.2. e)

The order of this directory is fixed and objective. Partners are grouped by tier rank — Strategic, Certified, Registered, Fulfilment — and within a tier they are listed alphabetically by company name. There is no paid placement, paid highlighting or sponsored position: a partner cannot buy a rank, a position or a larger entry, and no side agreement to that effect exists. Within a tier every entry uses the same layout, the same fields, the same logo size and the same visual weight; presentation does not vary with volume, revenue or any commercial term. Filters — tier, country, product range, service capability — narrow the result set only; they never reorder it. Where two entries would otherwise be indistinguishable, alphabetical order decides.

What a partner tier states

Framework agreement 2.6. h), 2.2. f)

A partner tier states the partner's general capability and volume level under our partner programme, and is reviewed annually. It is not a rating of any individual project, not a quality guarantee for the partner's own services, and not a statement about the type of any particular transaction: a transaction sourced through us does not change the partner's tier, and the tier alone does not determine how a transaction is handled or priced. This directory shows only the tier currently in effect. Opening a tier review does not change the tier displayed here — a change appears on the day it takes effect and applies to future orders only, leaving confirmed orders and approved project registrations untouched. Discounts, margins, band percentages, transfer prices and minimum volumes attached to a tier are confidential and are published neither here nor anywhere else. The service capabilities shown are limited to those actually held and evidenced under the certification annex; a capability that is not evidenced is not displayed.

Correcting an entry

Framework agreement 2.6. g)

If an entry in this directory is inaccurate or out of date, write to support@verisa.ai. State the company concerned, the field at issue and the correct value, and attach supporting evidence where the correction is not self-evident.

10 working days — we complete a well-founded correction, counted from the day the request reaches that address. If we find the request not well-founded, we say so in writing with reasons within the same period.

5 working days — a listed reseller reports any change to its published data, counted from the change.

15 working days — we remove a reseller from the directory after its agreement ends, counted from termination. Removal covers the directory page, its caches, any downloadable partner catalogue, the sitemap, our search index and every other page carrying that partner's name or logo.

A tier change is reflected on the day it takes effect, not on the day a review opens. Every request, decision and publication step is timestamped in the version history of the underlying content file.
