Submit the data we would publish about you.

This form collects the ten data points the reseller framework agreement permits us to publish about a partner. Anything beyond those ten appears only where you designate it in writing.

What we publish

The framework agreement permits us to publish exactly ten data points about a reseller. The list below is that set, in the order the clause states it. It is closed: we do not publish an eleventh data point, and we do not publish the name or contact details of any individual, unless you designate it in advance and expressly in writing and we record that designation before publication.

Two of the ten are ours to fill in, not yours. The partner tier comes from our own classification record and cannot be supplied here; the country is derived from the registered office. Discounts, margins, band percentages, transfer prices and minimum volumes are confidential and are published neither here nor anywhere else.

The company, as it will appear

We publish the registered name verbatim and never translate it. If the register spells it with an abbreviation, we publish the abbreviation.

The full or registered short name from the company register, spelled verbatim, including the suffix denoting the legal form.

The registered office as recorded in the company register.

ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. We derive it from the registered office; the field is here so you can confirm it.

An absolute URL with the https:// scheme. We publish it as given.

Public organisational contact

At least one of the two is required. Both must be functional — an address or number that belongs to the organisation, not to an individual. We reject a contact that identifies a natural person; a named contact goes through the opt-in further down.

A functional address such as info@, sales@ or verisa@. Not attributable to a natural person — an address of the form firstname.lastname@ cannot be published here.

A central or departmental number, not an individual's direct line or mobile.

Approved logo

Optional. A partner with no logo on file is published with its company name set in the directory typeface — the entry is complete either way, and no entry is visually favoured.

Name the file you will e-mail us and confirm that the text is converted to outlines and that it embeds no raster image.

Only needed where no SVG exists. State the pixel width, the resolution and the file size.

Variants you will supply

The directory renders a different variant per theme.

The HEX or RGB values and the clear space your brand manual requires.

Territory, products, capability

The contractual territory is descriptive. It is not exclusive, it allocates no customer, and the directory renders it as a plain list — never as a map or a "find your regional partner" routing.

Covered product range

The items covered by your reseller agreement. We verify this against our own record.

Evidenced service capability

At most five, from this controlled list, and only where the capability actually exists and is evidenced. We publish a capability only while the evidence behind it stands, and we withdraw it on the day that evidence lapses.

Partner tier

Not a field you can fill in. The tier comes from our own classification record, is reviewed annually, and the directory shows only the tier actually in effect — a change appears on the day it takes effect, not on the day a review opens.

Named contact — opt-in

Default is no. Nothing about an individual is published unless you switch this on, and switching it on is a written designation with consequences.

Leave this empty unless there is a reason. Anything entered here is outside the permitted set and needs a separate written consent before it can be published — it will not appear automatically.
