Verisa AI is a sovereign, on-premise AI agent platform — air-gapped if you need it. It combines document retrieval, automatic speech recognition (ASR — speech-to-text from audio), and graph-native reasoning so that every conclusion traces back to a concrete reference.
Sovereign by configuration
Cloud, on-premise, government network, or air-gapped — same codebase, different settings flag. Phone-home blocking and outbound allowlisting are enforced at source-code and network level.
Graph-native legal reasoning
Conventional retrieval breaks legal cross-references and exception hierarchies. Verisa's graph reasoning preserves them — lex specialis, lex posterior, amendment chains, precedent links — and the graph path is the explanation.
Hybrid retrieval stack
Vector search and a knowledge graph for everyday content; tree-based hierarchical retrieval and graph-native reasoning for compliance-grade legal and regulatory work. One platform, four retrieval modes, mixable per agent.
ARTIS — frontier-grade retrieval
On the public MultiHop-RAG benchmark (2,255 queries, 609 articles), Verisa's ARTIS module reaches **94.7% Hits@10** — 4.3 points above the previous best published result (Multi-Meta-RAG, 90.4%); the best published result on this benchmark to date. Hybrid by design: vector + BM25 + tree-structured scoring + iterative query understanding.
Auditable by design
TLS 1.3, mTLS between services, SHA-3-256 hash-chained audit log, DLP integration, NIST 800-88 secure deletion, post-quantum-ready cryptography. Every action is regulator-inspectable.
Hardware-key licensing
A hardware root of trust (TPM/HSM) prevents binary tampering and silent model swapping. The licence is bound to attested hardware; the running build is verifiable and cannot be substituted without detection.
Independent source code escrow
Full source code is held with an independent escrow agent under a 90-day breach trigger. Upon a defined release event — material breach, insolvency, or product discontinuation — the licensee receives the complete build and source code under a perpetual, unrestricted licence. Supplier-continuity risk is contractually eliminated.
Enterprise integration
Multi-tenant, RBAC, SSO (SAML 2.0, OIDC), LDAP / AD, BYOK provider credentials. eIDAS-based identity out of the box; national identity integrations available on request. ASR add-on for batch and real-time meeting transcription.
